Small Sweet St. Valentine’s Day Ideas

Love is in the air indeed. What else can be there a day before St. Valentine’s Day? Love, love, love… But they also say that one of the biggest problems of our time is procrastination – and I honestly believe them, I don’t see any other way for time-management courses to be profitable otherwise. And while I truly believe that no one can find anything more important their dear ones, there’s always room for small sweet last-minute ideas to make the morning even brighter.

Hearty Eggs

You will need:
1                              Egg
1                              Hot dog
                                Salt
                                Ground black pepper

Method:

1. Cut hot dog into halves lengthwise leaving one end untouched.

2. Join two loose ends of hot dog together, bending inside out, until you receive the heart shape.

3. Fix ends together with the help of a toothpick.

4. Grease frying pan. Heat it up.

5. Put heart-shaped hot-dog into the pan. Fry it slightly on both sides.

6. Crack an egg inside the heart.

7. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

8. If your egg leaks just like mine, cut off all “unnecessary parts”.

9. Fry until egg is ready. Carefully place your fried egg on a plate. Decorate is you wish.

10. Hearty egg is ready to be served. Bon appétit!

Easy As Falling in Love Hot Hog

You will need:
1                              Hot dog
                                Toothpick

Method:

1. Cut one side of the hot dog off diagonally approximately at 1/3 of length.

2. Cut off the other end of hot dog symmetrically.

3. Join two ends together along the cut.

4. Fix them with the help of toothpick.

5. Cook in the microwave according to package instructions.

6. Easy As Falling in Love Hot Hog is ready to be served. Bon appétit!

Love - Flavored Tea

You will need:
1                              Orange
                                Tea
                                Cloves

Method:

1. Prepare the cup of your favorite tea.
Tip: slightly sweetened green or black tea would do best.

2. Cut orange into circles.

3. With the help of cloves make hearts (or any other shapes) on the orange circle.

4. Carefully place each orange circle into the cup. Let it flow.

5. Love-Flavored Tea is ready to be served. Bon appétit!

I love home-made traditional food, and I am convinced that no matter how extraordinary your lifestyle and hobbies are, some days should be left traditional. So give your loved one the best gift you can – call his/her boss and ask for a sick day. Then do whatever you both feel like – after all, that’s what love is all about.

Sincerely yours,
 Mrs Lovett
